Minasul is a world leading co-operative that has been supporting Sul de Minas coffee producers since 1958. With exports beginning only in 2016, Minasul has since been actively opening markets to bring more value to their producing members. This new sales model comes along to join the already exiting sales programs Minasul producers have access to and is expected to provide higher liquidity at faster speeds, considering the streamlined quality brackets - essential speed providing producers quick payment turnarounds. In 2022, the cooperative launched the Minasul SustentAgro certification, aimed at ESG - Environmental, Social and Governmental standards. A seal that reinforces all the commitment that the Cooperative has with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the UN - United Nations.

From the rolling hills of Sul de Minas, one of Brazil's most storied coffee-growing regions, comes the Minasul Favo de Mel — a name that translates to "honeycomb," and a cup that lives up to every bit of it. Grown at altitudes between 950 and 1,200 meters, this coffee benefits from the region's ideal combination of fertile soils, moderate temperatures, and a long, consistent dry season that allows the cherries to develop their signature sweetness at a steady, unhurried pace. Processed using the semi-washed method, the Favo de Mel strikes a beautiful balance between the clean clarity of a washed coffee and the fruit-driven richness of a natural. The result is a smooth, approachable cup defined by notes of citrus fruit and stone fruit that keep things bright and lively, anchored by a satisfying undercurrent of nougat and gentle sweetness. It's the kind of coffee that feels equally at home as a morning drip brew or a creamy, dessert-like espresso — versatile, comforting, and endlessly drinkable.
