Shipping and Returns

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed via the website. Payment is via Stripe and can be made with any major credit or debit card (excluding American Express). We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods.


Delivery

UK

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, using DHL express. 

EUROPE

Countries that we deliver in EU: Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, Sweden, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Slovakia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, Switzerland.*

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from the UK, DAP: Duties & Taxes NOT Included. 

Delivered at Place (DAP): Recipient is responsible for paying import duties, VAT, and courier handling fees before delivery. We have live shipping rates at checkout which also includes estimated taxes and fees. 

If your business is VAT registered, you can get an exemption by inserting the VAT/EORI number number in the checkout field.

*Countries we're unable to deliver to: Spain and Portugal. The customs policies of these countries do not allow the import of green coffee through the Micro platform because of classification issues.

Damages

While we hope that every order arrives in pristine condition, we know that things can go wrong. If your order arrives with more than cosmetic damage to the outer box, please contact us as soon as possible with as much detailed documentation as you can provide, including photos of the damage. In the unlikely event your coffee has been damaged in transit then we will provide a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer replacements, depending on each individual case.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of £15.00 at our discretion.

We will issue a refund, subject to the restocking fee above, which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods.

To arrange a return please contact micro@falconspecialty.com and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.

For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

Please ensure returned items are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.

Privacy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Our payment gateway is via a secure server ensuring your details are safe at all times.
