Shipping Policy
At Falcon Micro, we aim to get your green coffee to you quickly and in great condition, wherever you are. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping across the UK, EU, and internationally.
UK Shipping

All UK orders ship from our UK warehouse.

We use DHL express for all UK shipments, with delivery typically taking 1–3 working days.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time) will be dispatched the same day.
EU Shipping (as of August 2026)
DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)

All EU orders are shipped on a DDP basis. This means we’ll ship your coffee from the UK and cover customs fees and VAT.

These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities— not Falcon Micro.
Customs Fees and VAT

Each EU country has its own VAT rate and customs processing fees.
Important Country Restrictions

Spain, Portugal, Poland. We are unable to ship green coffee to these countries at this time, as a phytosanitary certificate is required for imports. We’re working to resolve this and will update customers as soon as possible.
International Shipping (Outside the UK & EU)

We currently do not ship any international destinations outside the UK and EU.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time) are usually dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after this time, or over weekends/bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Weights & Tolerances
- Green coffee is packed by weight at origin or during fulfilment. Due to scale variance, handling, and natural moisture loss, delivered weights may vary by up to ±1%. Variances within this tolerance do not qualify for replacement or credit.
