EU Shipping Has Returned
We're pleased to announce that we have now reopened shipping to Europe*
After a period of disruption, EU* customers can once again order coffee from Falcon Micro and have it delivered directly from the UK.
Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)
All EU* orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that Falcon Micro manages the import process and covers any applicable customs duties and VAT required for your shipment.
Our aim is to make ordering from the EU* as straightforward as possible, with no unexpected import charges arising during delivery.
VAT & Customs Information
VAT rates and customs processing requirements differ between EU countries and are determined by local customs authorities. While these costs vary by destination, they are handled as part of our DDP shipping service.
Countries We Cannot Currently Ship Green Coffee To
While EU* shipping has resumed, there are currently a small number of exceptions.
At this time, we are unable to ship green coffee to Spain, Portugal, and Poland. These countries require a phytosanitary certificate for green coffee imports, and we do not yet have the necessary arrangements in place to support these shipments.
We are actively working on a solution and hope to restore service to these countries in the future.
