We offer a carefully curated range of specialty green beans in quantities less than full (60kg) bags.


All coffees are currently offered in 1Kg and 5kg quantities, making it easier than ever to order a broad range of green coffees.

Coffees are packed in double-walled stackable boxes, with the beans inside protected by fully compostable bags.

Coffees are delivered on a next-working-day service in the UK, when ordered before 2pm.

Payment is made by debit or credit card at the checkout.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRIVACY POLICY
All orders must be placed via the website. Payment is via Stripe and can be made with any major credit or debit card (excluding American Express). We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods.
UK orders are dispatched on a next working day delivery (for orders placed before 2pm) via our couriers DHL.
Once the order is collected and scanned into the DHL system you will be emailed by DHL to let you know your order is on the way and will be with you the next day.
On the day of delivery you will receive another email from DHL; giving you an estimated delivery slot. You can use the tracking link in this email to check on progress.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are on a up to 7 day service and will be subject to a surcharge – please contact us for a quote before ordering.
If your business is VAT registered, you can get an exemption by inserting the VAT number in the checkout field. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the UK, using UPS express delivery.
Your order will be shipped (DAP) from our UK base straight to your door. When it arrives in your country, your local customs office may charge VAT, import duties, and a small handling fee before your parcel can be delivered.
This is because your order is coming from outside the EU, and these charges are set by your country’s rules. Your courier will get in touch when your parcel arrives so you can make payment quickly and get your goodies on their way to you.
We’ll make sure your package is well packed and sent promptly — you just cover any local charges when it lands.
While we hope that every order arrives in pristine condition, we know that things can go wrong. If your order arrives with more than cosmetic damage to the outer box, please contact us as soon as possible with as much detailed documentation as you can provide, including photos of the damage. In the unlikely event your coffee has been damaged in transit then we will provide a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer replacements, depending on each individual case.
We hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of £15.00 at our discretion.
We will issue a refund, subject to the restocking fee above, which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned items are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Our payment gateway is via a secure server ensuring your details are safe at all times.
